Remote Assistance
- Head to EASTCONN Remote Assistance
- Allow the download of the Teamviewer application
- Follow the installation directions
- When complete, a window will appear, containing your ID and password
- Call the EASTCONN IT Employee associated with your particular issue
Squawk Tickets
- Head to EASTCONN Tech Support
- Login using your assigned credentials (matches email credentials for EASTCONN users)
- Click "New Ticket" and fill out the corresponding information, including type and priority of issue, and then submit
- You will then be contacted via the provided contact information as soon as possible
