Volunteer Opportunities
We are seeking volunteer tutors! Our literacy program provides free tutoring to EASTCONN adult education students who need help with basic instruction in reading, writing, and math. Tutoring can take place as a one-on-one with a student or in a group setting at an EASTCONN location under the supervision of an EASTCONN staff member. Each volunteer is matched to a student/program by examining the needs of the student(s), the location and time of classes and the volunteer's interests. All volunteers must complete a background check paid for by EASTCONN. View the Volunteer Flyer for more information or call us and apply today!
Are you a college student? We have programs with both UCONN and ECSU - ask us to get connected!
