EASTCONN Technology Services is dedicated to supporting your IT needs with EASTCONN-owned devices. To ensure the best possible service for all our students, we offer a range of assistance and support options tailored to meet your needs.
We can provide for EASTCONN-Owned Devices:
- ConnSCU accounts, devices, and software
- Password resets/account activations
- Hardware-related service (device swap outs when needed)
We cannot provide and/or support:
- Classroom/instruction/assignments
- Blackboard, College Board, or any services related to college curriculum.
- Support for non-EASTCONN equipment (home PCs, etc.)
- Home networking equipment/routers
- Printing from Chromebooks
