EASTCONN Technology Services is dedicated to supporting your IT needs with EASTCONN-owned devices. To ensure the best possible service for all our students, we offer a range of assistance and support options tailored to meet your needs.

We can provide for EASTCONN-Owned Devices:
  • ConnSCU accounts, devices, and software
  • Password resets/account activations
  • Hardware-related service (device swap outs when needed)
We cannot provide and/or support:
  • Classroom/instruction/assignments
  • Blackboard, College Board, or any services related to college curriculum.
  • Support for non-EASTCONN equipment (home PCs, etc.)
  • Home networking equipment/routers
  • Printing from Chromebooks

To submit a QMC Student Support request, please complete the form here: ACT Student IT Request Form. Alternatively, you can email us at ACTStudentHelp@eastconn.org and include the following information:

 

  1. Full Name
  2. Phone Number
  3. School or Program You Attend
  4. Description of Issue 
  5. Students and teachers will access tech support through the same channels as if you were in your buildings using the online ticketing system.
