EASTCONN staff are available to work with individual schools, school districts, or groups of districts on the design and development of innovative educational programs and services for students of all ages. Planning includes conducting research, designing and implementing needs assessments, facilitating collaborative relationships and the development and implementation of action plans, identifying sources of funds and preparing grant proposals. Grant search assistance is also available to district personnel seeking potential outside funders.
