EASTCONN provides a range of services to support the evaluation process, including meeting the Connecticut Guidelines for Educator Evaluation. These can be provided regionally or customized for schools and districts. In partnership with the CT State Department of Education, we offer professional development and consultation on:

• Creating effective student learning goals/objectives for teachers
• Strategies for high-quality feedback
• Administrator calibration
• Using portfolios for evidence collection in the evaluation process
