EASTCONN Food Service is providing meals to children 18 and under while schools and programs are closed, in our best efforts to accommodate our communities during this unprecedented time. Parents or guardians of students enrolled in Sterling Community School, Pomfret Community School, Horace W. Porter, Scotland Elementary School and Hampton Elementary School and the districts of Hebron, Bolton and Brooklyn may pick up bagged breakfasts and lunches for their student(s) and any other children in their care. This service will be available 8 am - 9 am on Mondays and Wednesdays, when we will provide 2 breakfasts and 2 lunches for each child, and on Fridays, 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches will be provided for each child.

In the event that EASTCONN’s ACT, LEAP, QMC, EAP, EVC, and NRP students are unable to access meals from their sending districts, please contact EASTCONN Director of Food Services Heather Plourde, at 860-455-1552, to arrange pick-up from one of the sites listed above or to make other accommodations, if possible.
