Our Occupational Therapists

Stacey B. Fulton OTR/L, ATP, CAPS

Ms. Fulton is a Registered, Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Connecticut and an Assistive Technology Professional.  She received her undergraduate degree from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Certificate in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University. Ms. Fulton has 30 years of experience working in the school system with students with a variety of disabilities. At EASTCONN, she provides a wide range of services including; direct student services, student and staff training, consultation, evaluation.  Her specialties include neurodevelopmental treatment and assistive technology.  

Stephanie Urciuoli MS, OTR/L

Stephanie Urciuoli is a recent graduate of Bay Path University. Stephanie graduated in May of 2017 with her master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.  She also has her CPR certification and maintains her OT license through the National Board of Occupational Therapy. Her clinical experience includes working at a pediatric outpatient hospital working mainly with children with autism.  She started at EASTCONN at the beginning of 2018 and is excited to be here!

Evangelynn Toolan, COTA/L Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Ms. Toolan began working for EASTCONN in 2012. In addition to working in specialized programs, she has 10 years of public school experience. She received an Associate’s Degree from the Occupational Therapy Assistant program at Manchester Community College in 2000 and maintains a national certification with NBCOT. Her comprehensive experience includes working with children ages 3-21 who have a wide range of needs including autism, emotional disabilities and developmental disorders in a school setting as well as post-secondary programs for young adults. As a result of continuing education and workshop attendance, she consistently enhances her skill to assist her students meet their educational goals in such areas as sensory strategies, assistive technology, fine motor and self-help skills.
