EASTCONN staff is available to work with individual school districts or groups of districts on the design and development of educational programs, services and enhanced learning activities for students of all ages, as well as professional development for educators. Planning includes facilitating collaborative relationships, assistance in identifying sources of funds, conducting research and needs assessments, designing programs and preparing grant proposals. Grant search assistance is also available to district personnel seeking private and public foundations and outside-funding support.
