Students in grades 9-12 from participating schools benefit from team-building activities as they work to master both personal and interpersonal skills for the workplace and post-secondary educational settings. Career development workshops focus on career acquisition and retention skills, as well as technical writing and reading in this Interdistrict Grant-funded program.

Benefits: High school students participate in team-building activities and workshops aimed at developing their career acquisition and retention skills, as well as their technical writing and reading skills. Students work to master personal and interpersonal skills necessary for the workplace and post-secondary educational settings. While working side by side with peers from different school districts, students increase their awareness of and appreciation for diversity, while improving their academic performance.
