INACTIVE-Evaluation Methodologies: Leader-to-Leader Series

Substantial school improvement cannot occur in isolation. Effective leaders have formats, structures and plans for reflecting upon, changing and assessing their practice and student outcomes. In a collegial setting for teams and school leaders, this series will focus on classroom teaching and learning through formal and informal processes; formats for focusing observations; determining outcomes for observations; and integrating rubrics in order to assess the growth of teacher practice and student outcomes.

Benefits: Through participation in this series, team members and groups of participants will interact with each other, gain perspectives and insights. Participants will understand the different perspectives of the group, allowing for open and creative conversations.
