INACTIVE-Communicating Effectively with Customers & Co-Workers

Offered at American Job Centers in both Danielson and Willimantic, this is a 15-hour, 6-session seminar in customer service skills training. Learn important skills that will help you interact more positively with your co-workers and customers. You will be awarded a Certificate upon completion and encouraged to sit for the National Retail Foundation online exam for Customer Service Skills Certification.


Benefits: Job-seekers looking for an edge over other applicants will improve not only their customer service skills and understanding, but upon successfully finishing the program, they will also receive a resume-building Customer Service Certificate of Completion for employers.
