INACTIVE-Jobs First Employment Services (JFES) Intensive Customer Service Training

This intensive program prepares JFES (Jobs First Employment Services) participants with intensive training in employability and customer service skills. Those participants who do not have a high school diploma also participate in GED classes. Students work on basic skills instruction/high school completion, job search preparation, workplace readiness, customer service skills and computer literacy. Participants who successfully complete the requirements of the customer service program sit for the National Retail Foundation's Customer Service and Sales Certificate, which is a nationally recognized credential.


Benefits: Students with a high school credential and customer service skills have better employment opportunities and greater income potential.
