From West: Take Rt. 84 East toward Boston. Take Exit 73 onto Rt. 190. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Rt. 190 and follow it through Union. Turn right onto Rt. 171 and follow it through Bigelow Hollow. At the top of a large hill, Rt. 171 bears right and Rt. 197 bears left. BEAR LEFT onto Rt. 197 and follow for several miles, going straight through its intersection with Rt. 198. When you come to a stop sign and blinking light, take a right onto Rt. 169 and follow it for several miles, passing "the Pink House" and the Woodstock town green. You will go around a sharp curve to the left, down a small hill past the Town Hall and the Volunteer Fire Station. After the Fire Station, take your second right to stay on Rt. 169. Woodstock Middle School is about a mile up on your left. Enter the second driveway for visitor parking.

From North and South: Take Rt. 395 to Exit 95 (Kennedy Drive/Putnam CT). At the end of the exit, take a right and go to the traffic light intersection of Rt. 44. Turn left onto Rt. 44 and follow it to its blinking light intersection with Rt. 169 in Pomfret. Turn right onto Rt. 169 toward Woodstock. Woodstock Middle School is about 1.5 miles up on your right. Enter the second driveway for visitor parking.
