The Connecticut Data Warehouse project, powered by TetraData is an analysis warehouse reporting system designed to promote student achievement by providing the tools to empower sound education decision- making. The system can establish, track and analyze performance benchmarks for districts, schools, classes, and individual students in K-12 over time. PSIS Reporter
PSIS Reporter is a database tool designed to assist districts with preparing data uploads for Connecticut's Public School Information System (PSIS). It is available as a standalone application for computers running Windows XP. It is also available as a networked application for computers with FileMaker Pro 7 software. Cost for the standalone program is $135.50 and is available through a school P.O.

Benefits: 

  • Import data from student information systems and other sources
  • Combine data from multiple schools into one report.
  • Review data prior to creating state reports.
  • Identify students without the new State Assigned Student ID (SASID)
  • Register students for SASID and un-register students using new data formats.
  • Create data upload files in correct formats for PSIS (one button export)

Scantron Assessment Solutions
EASTCONN has partnered with Scantron to offer affordable computer-based assessment solutions. These solutions allow districts to quickly and easily design assessments for individual students or classes of students, and to analyze assessment results on an ongoing basis. Teachers or administrators can either develop their own classroom or benchmark assessments, or take advantage of pre-developed online tests that adapt automatically to each student's individual instructional level.
