Assistive Technology Capacity Building Package
Develop the capacity of your district's staff to effectively utilize assistive technology to meet the education needs of your students. Contracting for assistive technology services guarantees ongoing support in a timely manner at a fixed contractual price. Package services are tailored to meet your district's needs.

Assistive Technology Consultation
Most districts have already made a substantial investment in Assistive Technology but may not be realizing the full benefits. Our Assistive Technology staff experts will demonstrate to students and staff how to most appropriately use the AT you already have available. They will work with you to find other applications.

As of 1997, all IEPs must address the Assistive Technology needs of students, whether these needs are physical, cognitive, emotional or learning-based. New Assistive Technology solutions are increasing exponentially and it is difficult to stay abreast of all the new products and research. Tap the expertise of our Assistive Technology staff specialists and the partnerships they have established with a variety of AT manufacturers and distributors. Local preview sessions are offered periodically, providing you with the opportunity for hands-on assessment of new products.

Consultation includes record review, staff consultation, student observation and trial use of equipment.
