English as a Second Language Instruction
EASTCONN Adult Education-certified instructors provide instruction for non-English-speaking adults. Daytime and evening classes are offered at convenient locations throughout northeastern Connecticut. For ESL Web page click here.

Benefits: Students learn to speak and read English. The program focuses on the practical use of everyday English so students can communicate both in society and/or on the job.
