Professional Development Inservice Opportunities

EASTCONN Adventure offers custom designed team building workshops for school staff and faculty. Working together to identify your faculty team’s needs, we will facilitate a single or multi-day experientially-based program to help boost morale, encourage positive communication and collaboration, and identify new strategies for working together as a team. Workshops at EASTCONN

EASTCONN Adventure also trains teachers of all grade levels to use adventure based activities in the classroom. Based on the “Adventure Education in the Classroom” model, our professional development workshops will give you the tools to implement a community-building process in your classroom.
