Francine
Piela
|
Frankie Piela is a resource specialist and a member of the
EASTCONN Interdistrict team. As a trained low ropes and high
ropes Challenge Course facilitator, Frankie’s ideas
and creative plans have been an integral part of the EASTCONN
Adventure program for the past five years. A Connecticut native,
Frankie has over thirty years experience working towards positive
youth development. Frankie enjoys working with people of all
ages and her positive energy helps groups meet their goals
successfully.

Deb Earl
|
Deb Earl is a staff development specialist and the newest
member of the EASTCONN Interdistrict team. Deb has worked
in outdoor and experiential education for seventeen years
as a lead instructor for programs such as Outward Bound, Project
Adventure, and the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center.
Deb leads low ropes, high ropes, and multi week expeditions
facilitating youth, college age, and adult programs in locations
all over the world. Deb believes strongly in adventure education
and values its life-changing possibilities..

and are also specialists in the areas of environmental science,
writing, history, and the arts. Our staff’s diversity
of specialized skills creates opportunities for incorporating
