EASTCONN Adventure Choices

EASTCONN’s Adventure programs vary to meet your school or organization needs. Possible adventures include portable adventure days, indoor activities, initiatives, high or low ropes course challenge, orienteering, rock climbing, hiking, environmental education activities, service learning projects, and other adventure activities. We are creative, flexible, and open to providing activities that work for your group.

One of our core offerings is the EASTCONN Low Ropes course located in Hampton, Connecticut. This multi-element course provides a safe and dynamic atmosphere for exploring and strengthening skills in teamwork, communication, trust, leadership, and conflict resolution. By working collaboratively, individuals often stretch their perceived limits and achieve more than they originally believe possible.

As one high school participant said, "It's all about making a difference. When you are out there on the ropes course every idea that you contribute to the group is the answer to accomplishing your goals. The ropes course was a great learning experience that specifically teaches you how to work together and use your imagination when you think that something is not possible. Everything is possible if you put your mind to it."
