Principal Community of Practice

We will create a professional learning community that engages administrators for learning within a supportive, self-created community. Administrators will interact, test ideas, challenge their inferences and interpretations, and process new information with each other. As new ideas are analyzed, multiple sources of knowledge and expertise will expand and test the new concepts as part of the learning experience. Examination of the five dimensions of professional learning communities will structure our examinations of current problems of practice.

  • Supportive and Shared Leadership
  • Collective Creativity
  • Shared Values and Vision
  • Supportive Conditions
  • Human Capital
  • Shared Personal Practice
